How to Use
When, how much and how often you take CBD is up to you and how it makes you feel.
Here is a general guideline to get you started.
1) Start with 1/2 – 1 ml. Drop oil under your tongue and hold for at least 30 seconds, then swallow.
2) See how you feel for the rest of the day and how you sleep at night.
3) If you enjoyed it, continue with that dose.
4) Didn’t feel anything? Try 1/2 as much (sometimes less is more with CBD) or double your initial dose.
**For stronger issues you may start with more, but too much at once may make you sleepy.
