How to Use

When, how much and how often you take Menopause Complex is up to you and how it makes you feel.  Here is a general guideline to get you started.

1) Shake bottle vigorously for 5 seconds, squeeze bulb on top, then twist to open.
2) Drop 1ml (one full dropper) under your tongue and hold for at least 30 seconds, then swallow.  (If you’re taste sensitive, add to an empty capsule.)
3) See how you feel for the rest of the day and how you sleep at night.
4) If you enjoyed it, continue with that dose.
5) Didn’t feel anything?  Try 1/2 as much (sometimes less is more) OR double your initial dose.
**For stronger issues you may start with more, but too much at once may make you sleepy.

Tastes like liquid dust but it works.

I use this when my anxiety spikes. I don't use it every day, but when I need it I notice a palpable reduction in that "live wire" feeling. The taste gets some getting used to, though.

Getting more sleep

I purchased to help with hot flashes and disturbed sleeping. I have been getting more sleep. If I do wake up, I am able to go back to sleep. Still having pretty intense hot flashes.

It helps!

I’ve tried a lot of supplements and herbs to help my hot flashes. This is the first thing that has eased the symptoms. The flashes are less severe and shorter in length. I sleep better and don’t have to change my clothes in the middle of the night anymore. Def worth a try to see if it works for you!
